Board of Health Meeting

Hanson Town Hall, 542 Liberty Street, Hanson, MA 02341
Having a quorum, Mr. Amado called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.
Present: Chairman Amado, Mr. McSweeney, Mr. Edgehille, Ms. Tramontanan & Ms. Cocio
REVIEW OF AGENDA
Read and sign all mail, permits, warrants and expense vouchers.
NEW BUSINESS
- 38 Holly Ridge Drive – 5 Bedroom – Deed Restriction – Alan Dias came before the Board for plan approval. Mr. McSweeney made a motion to allow the following variances
- Use of a sieve analysis to establish L.T.A.R. instead of a perc test.
- Allow a 3.35’ separation from the bottom of the SAS to mottling instead of 4”
Second by Mr. Edgehille 3-0. Mr. McSweeney made a motion to waive the $25.00 re-submit fee on this one occasion, second by Mr. Edgehille 3-0.
- Old/Unfinished business:
- Any business that has come in since this agenda was posted
- Update from staff on any business since the last Board of Health meeting
- Adjournment
Motion to adjourn meeting made by Mr. McSweeney, second by Mr. Edgehille. Unanimous 3-0.
